Dr. Vincent Paul is the Founder and Chairman of the Foundation. He is a passionate human rights advocate, social reformer, and development-oriented leader with a strong commitment to humanitarian service.
His leadership is driven by the belief that sustainable development can only be achieved when human dignity, education, and health are treated as fundamental and inseparable rights. Under his guidance, the Foundation continues to expand its reach through advocacy, community engagement, legal support, and social intervention programs.
